Nursery
Why choose us?
Our nursery accepts children from 3 months to 5 years old. We have a very well equipped nursery and we offer a vast range of activities and resources which support your children to flourish and develop a positive self image and high self-esteem. We have designed our setting for children to have fun and learn in a happy, safe, engaging environment that will give your child the best possible start tot heir early education and prepare them for when they join mainstream school. Our staff are highly qualified and have undergone the relevant DBS checks. All staff also hold a full and relevant first aid qualification. We highly recommend a visit to our nursery where you can see for yourself and meet our friendly team who will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have!
Our setting is divided into 3 rooms and these rooms cater for different age groups. We firstly have our baby room which caters for children aged 3 month to 2 years, our 2's room caters for children aged 2 - 3 years and finally our 3+ room caters for children aged 3 - 5.
Baby Room
Our baby room is a self contained space which is perfect for babies to explore, learn and grow in a safe, caring and fun environment.
The space is fully equipped with
a wide range of age appropriate equipment that your baby will enjoy along with a wide range of planned activities which take into account your child's personal interests and stage of development. Our baby room is set at the back of our building with its own entrance. We feel this enables you to feel comfortable and get to know the staff in the baby room well in order to build up those important parent partnerships.
Toddler Room
Our toddler room isa lovely big space filled with a vast range of age appropriate resources. This enables your toddler to learn and explore in a comfortable, safe and fun environment. All activities are planned around your child's individual interests and all tied into the Early Years Foundation Stage. Children in the toddler room have direct access to our large outdoor area and we encourage free flow play between indoors and outdoors. Our toddler room also has access to our 4 tier soft play gym. Children are fully supervised while in our play gym. It is often used for planned physical activities or as a reward for positive behaviour.
3+ Room
Our 3+ room is a large space which consists of a role play area, small-world area, group time area, numeracy and literacy area, creative area, malleable area, sand and water area and a construction area. We provide a wide range of planned activities that take into account your child's individual interests. We focus highly onpreparing your child for school in a fun, safe, caring and nurturing environment. Our 3+ room are often found practicing writing their names and exploring numbers. This all runs alongside the fun and creative activities that are available throughout the day. Our 3+ room also has direct access to our large outdoor area with free flow encouraged between indoors and outdoors. Planned and spontaneous activities are also provided outdoors.
